Child safety standards

01Zero tolerance

We prohibit, absolutely and without exception: any child sexual abuse material (CSAM); any sexualisation of minors, real, fictional, illustrated or AI-generated; grooming; sextortion; trafficking; and any attempt by a minor to use the service, or by an adult to use the service to reach a minor. Violations end an account permanently on first offence.

02Prevention: adults only, verified

• Every member declares a date of birth showing they are 18 or older.
• Every member must pass live face verification before they can be matched — a liveness-checked selfie matched to their profile photos. This substantially raises the bar against minors and impersonators compared to checkbox-style age gates.
• One person, one account — enforced by biometric duplicate detection.
• Members meet only the single match chosen for them: there is no public feed, no search, no way to browse or contact other members — by design, strangers cannot reach anyone at will.

03Detection & moderation

• In-app Report and Block on every profile and in every conversation. Blocking is immediate; blocked members are never re-matched.
• Reports are triaged with priority for anything involving a possible minor, and are reviewed by a human.
• Automated integrity systems (verification signals, behavioural anomalies, message traces) flag suspected under-age or predatory accounts for review and suspension.

04Reporting & law enforcement

• Anyone — member or not — can report a child-safety concern to [email protected] with the subject “Child safety report”. These are read with the highest priority.
• When we identify apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we preserve the evidence, remove the account, and report to the appropriate authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable and the relevant authorities in the member's jurisdiction (in India, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in).
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

05Compliance

We maintain these standards in line with applicable child-safety law, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Review requirements for adults-only social apps. This page is our public point of accountability for CSAE prevention.
